Terms of Service

Welcome to TraceSignals. By installing our WordPress plugin, integrating our Shopify application, or using our dashboard features, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. License Grant

TraceSignals grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our tracking software on your verified ecommerce domains in accordance with your subscribed plan tier features.

2. Account Security & Integration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API tokens and license keys. You agree to run plugins in secure environments and authorize TraceSignals to route checkout payloads to your connected pixel streams (Meta, Google).

3. Service Availability & Liability

While we optimize for 99.9% uptime of our routing nodes, TraceSignals is not liable for ad account delivery disruptions, pixel matching discrepancies, or fluctuation in search citations issued by third-party LLMs (such as OpenAI or Google). Our services are provided "as is" and "as available".

4. Subscription Charges and Refunds

Shopify billing cycles run through Shopify invoices and are non-refundable. WordPress plugins are subject to a 14-day refund policy from the initial purchase timestamp.
